This is the Starbucks Roastery Reserve store in Manhattan one of only about 6 in the entire world. This store is more than a coffee shop, it is an experience and it's worth visiting even if you don't buy anything. However, you should get some coffee and a pastry or a pizza or bread or a drink at the bar. If you like good quality coffee and don't mind spending a bit more than usual get some beans to take home. They also have some merchandise for sale, I've seen some cool stuff there. Overall, this is a must see if you're in Manhattan and especially if you're in Chelsea.

Stunning looking coffee roasting machines with bronze decor all over. There is even a bar for espresso martinis. Can't wait to go back. They could have more gluten free options though and more food options in general but then again it's all about the coffee not the mom's.

Very cool starbucks, that has a coffee making component, many places to order (sweets, lunch, cafe, and even drinks), with an elevated vibe. That said, be aware prices are higher than a typical Starbucks (as they should be). My cold brew was $6, and came with a cool souvenir cup. First time there can also be a bit confusing to figure out where and how to order, but it all ends up being pretty intuitive.

Great atmosphere and ambiance. Good hang out spot to relax or to meet up with a friend. It would have been 5 stars if the service wasn't so slow.

Delicious drinks, super kind staff, and plenty of seating. Weekends are packed, but people tend to not hang around for long. It's more of an experience here - you can see how beans get ground, try special lattes and different roasts, and hang out with some pastries. There is also a bar where they offer free pizza during happy hour with cocktail purchases. Definitely an interesting experience and worth a visit. Also want to note that the bathroom guy has a ton of positive energy and kept screaming "Next!" to help people find the open stalls.
